What Aren’t I Thankful For?

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I have been in deep thought and prayer about everything I am thankful for, and have come to the realization, what aren’t I thankful for? I can’t come up with one darn good answer to that question! As 2014 approaches an end, I reflect back on how in December of 2013, I didn’t think my life could get any better, but God proved me wrong, yet again. While a job promotion, family road trip, and two vacations to New York are major highlights of the year, I am most thankful for the people who have come into my life and the ones who have always been there.
Here is just a snapshot of who deserves a big THANK YOU.

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.
1 Chronicles 16:34
Thanksgiving is just one day of the year that we pause to give thanks to our Lord, but we shouldn’t stop there! Everyday our lives are renewed, and we have countless blessings to be giving endless praise to Jesus. All of my good fortune comes from God, and I am most thankful that I wake up His child everyday and that he sent His son, Jesus to die on the cross, so that I can spend eternal life in Heaven.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
