Resort Season with Sonix Sunglasses- Psalm 113:3

Christmas is over… NOW WHAT? Resort Season, that’s what! I am currently voyaging via my LONGEST travel time ever (airport to airport, 3pm on the 27th to 3am on the 29th) to ISRAEL with my boo-thang, John! And why stop there? Over the next three weeks, we are visiting Jordan, and then Greece, and then England. This is our first BIG adventure together and to top of the thrill, we are backpacking. Yes, this fashion blogger is heading on the trip of a lifetime with ONE carry-on bag weighing under 15 pounds. I’ll be sharing my how-to packing guide on the blog soon!

In the mean time, I’ve been playing dress up at home in all things resort and feeling extra inspired with this season’s pom-pom and tassel trends. One thing I NEVER leave for vacation without is a great pair of sunglasses, even in the winter. My all-time favorite phone case brand Sonix has ventured into sunglasses and I am absolutely obsessed. I asked for a pair for Christmas because I needed something chic to disguise the fact that for most of our vacation, I won’t be wearing eye makeup. What I love most about these sunnies are their unique shapes of the frames, colored lenses, and gold details. I mean, who doesn’t love gold detailing?! I found my pair at Nordstrom, but the Sonix website has so many options to choose from!

From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the LORD is to be praised.

Psalm 113:3

I cannot imagine a life without Jesus. Traveling is something that brings me joy and I couldn’t be more excited to see Israel, a land so sacred and personal to me. Jesus walked the very steps I’ll be walking, and from the rising  of the sun to its setting, I’ll be thanking God for this opportunity!

Have a blessed week!
